what is buddi > who needs it?
who needs it?

If you are a relative, friend or colleague of someone who is vulnerable, or goes into vulnerable situations, we’re there when you’re not…

You need to become a member of buddi - the find me service.

Seniors – many elderly or infirm people would like to be able to go out of their homes secure in the knowledge that help is at hand if they need it.  They want a simple way of giving themselves peace of mind and a feeling of personal safety.

Children – most young children carry no form of identification and parents are worried about the implication of giving them a mobile phone at a young age.  In an emergency children easily forget their home telephone number and nowadays they often have to remember mobile numbers as well.  buddi has been designed to give peace of mind to parents of young or vulnerable children for their child's safety.  The buddi service not only allows parents to know where their child is, but also allows the child to let their parents know if they run into trouble or get lost.

Single people/lone workers – the proportion of single people as a percentage of the population is accelerating and more and more people also work alone.  To belong to a service  that can alert 24/7 emergency support and also tell them where it is will improve personal safety.
