Sara Murray buddi was Sara's idea. She has combined her knowledge of GPS technology, her experience in building start up electronic and internet businesses together with her personal experiences as a mother.
Jose Sanchez Jose is a highly regarded GPS and telematics expert who has worked on GPS systems for more than a decade, first at GMV, the Spanish GPS technology supplier for the European Space Agency, and then QinetiQ, the defence research company, where he was responsible for the development of the commercial GPS products. Jose joined the buddi team as Chief Technology Officer early this year.
Gareth Carter Gareth has worked in a variety of industries including automotive and defence, he brings over 10 years of software development and experience to buddi. His diverse skill set covers both the embedded and server aspects of software development. Gareth will be driving forward our software technology as Principle Software Engineer at buddi.
Kate Coveney Kate has a background in marketing and direct selling in both large organisations as well as start-ups. She is using these skills with her knowledge of brands and customer service, to ensure the buddi offer and customer experience is second to none.
Jonathan Beevers Jonathan’s experience is in customer services and client management gained with both international consumer brands and smaller organisations. Jonathan is ensuring that at buddi we provide a customer service offering which is second to none so that our customers and clients get the most out of the complete buddi service.
Bella Burnett Bella has managed sales across a variety of industries throughout her career and her experience ranges from building successful face-to-face sales teams to maintaining the level of service required by individual high net worth clients.
Harleigh Kehoe Harleigh has a wealth of experience in high value sales. She has joined the buddi team to help us grow to the next stage of development and provide support to our existing customers.
Andrew Smith Andrew spent 15 years in the City in a variety of business development and corporate finance roles for a small number of international banks. His drive, creativity and commercial experience are helping to produce new opportunities for buddi, and to turn those opportunities into long-term relationships.
Philip Bridges Phil’s background is in security, health and safety and risk management in people businesses. He is an expert in understanding clients’ security and health and safety needs as well as recognising the commercial pressures they face.
Michael Jackson (advisory board) Before taking up his current Chairmanship of PartyGaming, Michael was the Chairman of the FTSE 100 software group, The Sage Group Plc, which, during his time as a director, grew from a capitalisation of £1 million in 1983 to over £3 billion. Mr Jackson is also Chairman of the venture capital and investment company, Elderstreet Investments Limited.He holds an MA in law from Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand before spending five years in marketing for various US multi-national companies.
John Kay (advisory board) John Kay is one of Britain's leading economists. His interests focus on the relationships between economics and business. His career has spanned academic work and think tanks, business schools, company directorships, consultancies and investment companies. John lectures frequently to a variety of audiences in Britain and other countries.
Lady Catherine Meyer (advisory board) Lady Catherine Meyer set up Parents and Abducted Children Together (PACT) after her two young children failed to return from a trip to their father in Germany in 1994, despite a court order. PACT is an international, non-profit organisation, registered in the USA and the UK. It was founded in 2000 by Lady Meyer, wife of the former British Ambassador to the United States. Its patrons are Cherie Blair, wife of the former British Prime Minister, and Laura Bush, the former First Lady of the United States.
John McLaren (advisory board) John McLaren is Chairman of the Barchester Group. He began his career as a diplomat, both in the Foreign Office in London and in the British Embassy in Tokyo. He then worked in investment banking, where he was a director of Barings, and in venture capital, where he was a General Partner with Hambrecht and Quist Venture Partners in San Francisco. During his subsequent time successively as a Director of Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Bank and Barchester, he has advised a wide range of companies on major merger and acquisition transactions, including DaimlerChrysler, BMW, Nissan, BBA and Siemens. |
