Q – Is there a warranty?
A – Yes there is a 12 month warranty

Q – How accurate is the petbuddi service?
A – petbuddi is normally accurate to within a few hundred metres

Q – Can my dog go in the water wearing the petbuddi?
A – The petbuddi is waterproof

Q – Can I use my petbuddi for my children?
A – No, simply because we believe that for such a close member of your family a higher level of locating ability is needed

Q – What is the difference between a petbuddi and a chip which I can have put in my dog?
A – A chip contains identification data but does not provide the ability to locate.  With a petbuddi you the owner can find the whereabouts of your dog

Q – How often do I have to charge the battery?
A – We recommend you charge it each evening.
