You can find the whereabouts of your pet online by clicking find and view a map showing the location of your dog as well as the road junction and postcode. As petbuddi uses GSM technology it will be accurate to within a few hundred metres.		Text 'petbuddi & (your unique name or ubin number)'. For example 'petbuddi spot' and send it to 80806. We will trace your dog wearing a petbuddi and send you a reply text giving you the road junction and postcode of your dog's whereabouts.		To ensure your pet's safety, you can telephone petbuddi's 24 hour customer response team on 0906 406 2977 and within minutes they will give you the road junction and postcode of your dog's whereabouts.
You can enhance the security of your petbuddi at the time you are setting it up by giving your petbuddi a name, and tell us the mobile numbers from which we can accept whereabouts requests. To do this simply call our customer care team on 0906 406 2977.
