Every year over 100,000 dogs go missing in Britain. Although many of these are found, some never find their way back to their families.
While developing a personal tracking device, Sara Murray, an avid dog lover, realised she could take the worry away from other owners if their pet went missing, by creating a version for dogs.
“There’s nothing more stressful than the dog disappearing just for a few minutes,” said Sara Murray the brains behind petbuddi. “I just wanted to invent something that would let me know where my dog was with just one telephone call.”
It’s a frightening moment when the dog doesn’t respond to its call….but a lot less so if it is wearing a petbuddi on its collar as one call on the mobile will help the owner find the whereabouts of their missing pets.
Sara Murray, the brains behind petbuddi spent years researching the needs of dog owners. Petbuddi allows owners to know where to look for their dog with just one phone call.
