With buddi’s repair and replace service, we will immediately repair or replace your buddi if it is accidentally damaged or stolen. We will deliver your buddi within 24 hours in order to limit the time you are without it. The service offers a personal training session in how to set up your buddi where one of our customer care managers will call you and talk you through the details. We are available 24/7 every day of the year to answer any questions you may have and help you to get the best from your buddi.
