Sara Murray (M.A. Oxon) is a serial entrepreneur. She founded Ninah Consulting, which uses proprietary software to advise on marketing effectiveness, and sold it to Publicis Groupe. In 1999, Sara founded inspop.com. She built and sold the online company with over 250,000 customers to the Admiral Group, and renamed it Confused.com. Sara was a non-executive Director of Schering Health Care and is a founding board member of Seedcamp — a start-up school for technology entrepreneurs. Sara won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2009 and is a member of the Governing Body of the Technology Strategy Board, UK Dept of BIS.
Chief Technology Officer
Jose is a highly regarded GPS and telematics expert who has worked on GPS systems for more than a decade, first at GMV, the Spanish GPS technology supplier for the European Space Agency, and then QinetiQ, the defence research company, where he was responsible for the development of the commercial GPS products. He was born in Spain and educated at ICAI Pontificia Comillas University in Madrid. He moved to the UK in 2001, joining Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe in Cambridge. Jose joined the team at buddi in 2009.

Simon has twenty years experience advising the healthcare sector. Having worked at Eli Lilly, the global pharmaceutical company, with a focus on health economics and mental healthcare, Simon has advised a range of UK and global healthcare companies both at Braxton Associates, the Strategic Consultancy arm of Deloitte Consulting, and at PwC Corporate Finance as Director of its healthcare team. Published on a range of topics, from the health economics of depression to the strategic issues facing the pharmaceutical industry, Simon is growing and developing buddi's healthcare business both in the UK and abroad.

Phil Smith has been building brands for more than 25 years in commercial and general management positions in both manufacturing and retailing. Most recently Phil was Managing Director of Musgrave GB, responsible for the development of Budgens and Londis, through 2,000 retail outlets. Prior to that he was Commercial & Operations Director for Camelot.
