Monitoring


Connect: There is no monitoring of people using the Buddi Connect app. Listed connections of the wearer can message and call the wearer directly from the app when an alert is triggered, or at any time! And the connections can identify the location of the wearer if the alert is activated by the fall sensor or the alert button is pressed.

Also, if you are using the Buddi Connect app with the Buddi Wristband you have the choice to opt into the Buddi 24/7 service, where our emergency support staff can respond to the alert, call the wearer, and/or seek help from your nominated emergency contacts as appropriate.

Clip: If you are using the Buddi Clip with the Buddi Wristband, all alerts will be directed via our 24/7 monitoring service who will in turn endeavour to notify your chosen list of emergency contacts. It is our emergency support staff at our monitoring centre who will speak to the wearer via the 2-way communication of the Buddi Clip if a fall is detected or panic buttons are pressed.
