When will I receive my device?
How will I receive my device?
Your Buddi device will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (or similar for overseas sales). This is subject to the initial payment, delivery charges and any VAT having been received in full by Buddi.
Buddi will deliver the device to the address you supply to us.
How can I return my device?
To return your device, please contact our Customer Service team for a unique order return number. They can be reached by telephone on 0800 978 8800 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have your unique order return number, your Buddi Device must be returned to us at your own cost and risk, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all its documentation to Buddi Limited, Unit H6, Abbey Farm Commercial Park, Horsham St Faith, Norwich NR10 3JU.
Please keep proof of your return receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your device.
How can I get a refund?
Any order completed over the phone or online may be cancelled within 30 days of submitting the order. If you have already received delivery of your Buddi device, you must return it to us at your own cost and risk, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all its documentation. Your refund of the Buddi Device purchase price will be processed once we have received the Buddi Device at Buddi Limited, Unit H6, Abbey Farm Commercial Park, Horsham St Faith, Norwich NR10 3JU.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we have confirmed receipt of your Buddi device at Buddi Limited, Unit H6, Abbey Farm Commercial Park, Horsham St Faith, Norwich NR10 3JU, your refund will be processed immediately.
What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you believe your Buddi Device may be faulty, please contact the Buddi Customer Service team who will attempt to resolve the issue. Should it be deemed necessary by the Buddi Customer Service team, they will arrange a replacement for you. You will need to return your device prior to a replacement being dispatched.
